God Is Able

God Is AbleA Christian song by Hillsong. The lyrics speak of our God who is able to do, and has done great things for His own glory, and for us. Daniel's friends when thrown into the burning furnace declared to king Nebuchadnezzar that their God was able to deliver them (Daniel 3:17). In Romans 11:22-23, Paul spoke to the Gentiles of how God is able to redeem His own people who repent and believe in Christ, even though they were once cut off. In terms of giving generously, Paul reminds the Corinthian church that God is able to bless us abundantly in order for us to abound in good work (2 Corinthians 9:7-8). And Hebrews 7:23-25 speaks of how Jesus is able to save all who come to God through Him, for He lives forever and intercedes for us.

Indeed our God is able to do, and has done great things! And we lift our voices in praise and worship of Him because He deserves all the glory. Our God is able!
