HOW TO OBTAIN A DRIVING LICENSE IN ABU DHABI, UAE: UPDATE!

I passed the yard test recently (yahooooo!), and currently taking my practical driving test. And before I start my first day of training, I received an SMS stating that “Effective 21/12/2011, it has been decided that is mandatory to bring the certificate of practical training issued by the trainer, upon applying for the road driving test and whatsoever fails to do so, shall not be tested.” Apparently, there is already a mandatory minimum training hours needed in order to proceed in the road test. Well, I have to comply or I cannot take the test on that day.
