I heard from my friend that there is a new procedure in getting a drivers license. After passing the parking test, you need to look for a trainer (driving) that will give you a contract. The trainer will evaluate how many hours you need to get in order to take the road test. Once you presented the contract, the Police Department will schedule you for the examination and will give you the training card. On the scheduled date, you have to present your card and the certificate before taking the test.
I also learned that the Traffic Department is more organized than before. Last time, there were no numbering system in the bus during the road test, we have to argue who would go first (you could be the first if you want to, even if you are the last person to come), since there was no clear distinction who would come first. But today, when you arrive to the exam day and present yourself to the Traffic Department for the road test, they will automatically give you a number. I think this is a nice move, in order not to create tension during the exam and the examinees.
