Sovereign

A Christian song by Chris Tomlin. The lyrics speak of entrusting our lives into the hands of a sovereign God who works everything for our good. In 2 Samuel 7:28-29, king David has the courage to pray to God concerning God's promise that his house will be established before God forever. And He acknowledges that God is sovereign to keep His good promises of blessings and His covenant with His people forever.

And all God's promises to His people and to king David have been fulfilled in Jesus (2 Corinthians 1:20), whose Kingdom has been established forever through His full obedience to God, death and resurrection. Thank You God that in You we can place our trust for You work everything for our good. From beginning to the end, we will trust You!
