A Christian song by Starfield. The lyrics speak of the struggle in letting go of the worldly things that do not satisfy. Instead, we are to give all that we have and surrender our lives to him. In the account of the rich young ruler and Jesus in Mark 10:17-31, we learn that Jesus requires us to obey all His commands and give up all worldly treasures that entice our hearts, in order to gain eternal life. And we know that this is impossible with man, but possible only with God's help.So let us come to God to ask for His help through the Holy Spirit, in living lives that are obedient to His commandments, and that place Him above all other worldly treasures. Indeed, we live all of Him and strive to let go of all that hinder us from coming to Him.
