You're All I Need

A Christian song by Planetshakers. The lyrics speak of how Jesus is all we need, and Paul sums up the importance of knowing this Jesus in his letter to the Philippian church in Philippians 3:7-11. When compared to knowing Jesus, everything else pales in comparison - all ambitions, fame, credentials, status. And we attain His righteousness by having faith in Him. And this is what we should strive to know about Jesus - His death and resurrection, which has brought us salvation.

Indeed Jesus is all that we ever need for eternal life. Let us not look to others or our own morality and good deeds to attain this salvation, but only to Jesus. For He has paid the price for our sins when He willingly laid down His life on the cross. But let us be like Paul and strive to know Jesus in His death and resurrection. For Jesus is all that we need.
