Before You I Kneel (A Worker's Prayer)

A Christian song by Keith & Kristyn Getty. The lyrics speak of asking God to bless the work of our hands so that we may bring glory to His name, and that through the experiences of our work we may be molded and transformed to be more like Christ.

In Colossians 3:23-24, Paul leaves instructions regarding work to the church in Colossae - that we should work diligently as unto the Lord for we know that we will receive an inheritance from Him. May we echo the words of this song wherever God has called us to work and to pray for opportunities to glorify His name through the sharing of the Gospel with those who have yet to hear.
