Jesus, Name Above All Names

A simple Christian song by Naida Hearn. The lyrics speak of the name of Jesus, and some of the other titles He is known by in the Bible. In Philippians 2:9-11, the Apostle Paul writes that because Jesus who being in very nature God, humbled Himself unto death on the cross, God exalted His name to be above every other, and that at His name, all creation should worship and acknowledge that He is Lord.

Indeed, it is Jesus who is our Saviour and Lord. It is Jesus who is called Emmanuel, God with us. It is Jesus who is our Redeemer and the Living Word. The Gospels testify of this Jesus who is God incarnate in the flesh, and who lived and died for the sins of man, that we may be forgiven and redeemed. And it is this Jesus who now opens the way to the Father by His blood, for all who would believe in Him. Thank You Jesus for who You are and for all that You have done!
